i've been a runner on and off since I in college. Around 2011, i decided to get on the wagon and stay there. I'm not fast, I grind out the miles. My mantra is "I may be old, but sure am slow."
I've completed over 15 marathons and a heaping handfull for RAGNARs (road and trail).
Running keeps me young - I attribute fitness to the fact hat in my 60, I take no meds and have excellent health.
