I love to run. It frees my mind and helps me escape an often busy lifestyle. In college, I was having a tough time with those late night study sessions until one day I decided to go for a run at 3am. I had never been a runner before, so I wasn't really sure what I was doing, but it was the most awake I had ever felt in a long time. I immediately fell in love with it, but didn't start running events until 7 years after that. Most recently I have been heavily into trail ultra-marathons, especially ones with lots of elevation.
I also dabble in some cross training activities like cycling and bouldering.
