Hi! I'm Henry, an avid runner and advocate for clean and fair sport. I ran varsity track and cross country for DePauw University. Nowadays I run for fun, friendship, and to keep nihilism away. In all the years, running has helped me develop a combination of endurance, speed, strength, and focus. My wellness goal for 2019 is to establish a consistent fitness routine, nurture good nutrition habits, and to live happier, healthier, and more active every day.
