Hi! I'm Henry, an advocate for clean and fair sport. I ran varsity track and cross country for DePauw University. I've raced most distances but I love the 5K by a mile - it has helped me develop a combination of endurance, speed, and strength without the dreaded physical burnout. My wellness goal for 2019 is to establish a consistent fitness routine, nurture good nutrition habits, and to live happier, healthier, and more active every day.
